Location
We are a stone throw away from Praia dos Pescadores & Praia do Norte. We have the best bakery, O Pãozinho das Marias in town near us and the only Organic food shop! The parking is abundant and we are still in the old town.
Biophilia
We bring the outside in with plants & natural materials. Humans feel better around plants. Fact. Studies have shown that they improve feelings of well-being, air purification, stress reduction, increase in productivity. All round great & they are beautiful!
Flexible Coworking
Cowork Ericeira with a plan to fit your needs. We have fixed, flexi and hot desking options. Whether you enjoy working full time at a co-work or half/half, we have options!
Full Set Up
We have the front of the space for the flexi and hot desks and for those that want to be in a communal area and the back for people who want to rent a fixed desk. We have a meeting room and two phone booths to manage noise levels and give privacy. We have 1GB fiber. Fixed desks have 24/h access.
Kitchen
We have a communal space with a kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen has an oven and hob for reheating and cooking small meals. Our intention with having a cooker is to bring people together with food. The kitchen is the heart of all homes.
Lounge Area
We have a lounge area and kitchen table when the weather is not great. But when it is a blue bird day out, we have a humongous terrace outside o get those sun rays into our eyes before getting stuck back into work!
Community
Community is immunity. Our nervous systems are more balanced and happy with people around, this is true for introverts alike. By being part of Kelp, you inherit connection to people; friendship, collaboration, skill share and swaps! We have events like Kelp Lunches, supper clubs, movie night, drawing club, clothes swaps, all to come! Oh yes and let’s go surf together. Surf spots a stone throws away!
Environment
A healthy environment, with human centric design such as different zones, weather you need to bounce off your creative ideas around people in our social area or get your head down and focus in the back, or have a private meeting in the meeting room or a zoom in our phone booths. We have it covered. We have an abundance of plants to absorb EMFs and purify the air.
